I had the great opportunity to second shoot with the WONDERFUL Sami Jo of Sami Jo Photography. (She is fantastic and you need to go check out her site here!) I enjoy being a second shooter because you get to sneak around capturing great expressions and candids, almost like a sneaky photo ninja. I do not know if you could ask for a better job.

Well, as soon as Ben and Brooke’s ceremony was over, northern Utah was hit with a doozy of a blizzard! Sure it was cold, but it didn’t stop this group from celebrating and sharing in the love. It was truly a magical moment in the snow.

So, I am jumping out of order with my blog posts this week. I have about 4 to post still but I just fell in love with this snowy session and could not wait to post them. I think it is because I am desperately clinging onto the snow while I have it. My husband and I are traveling to Houston to be with my family for the holidays, and I can guarantee that we will not be seeing a white Christmas.

Nancy and Jonathan were such troopers in the cold. It started to snow towards the end of the session and their little girl Abby was a gem to watch. She loves playing in it!

This little girl has a thousand faces.
